Where can I track my my order?

You can track your order by logging into your account. Then go to your orders to get the tracking number of the package.

On your customer account, by going to the order concerned, you will find the tracking number and the link to track the shipment of packages.

Packages are generally shipped within 48 hours after receipt of your payment.

What delivery method do you use?

The standard shipping method is sent by letter with tracking or Colissimo tracking depending on the dimensions of the package.

What happens if there is a problem with the condition of my package?

All packages are sent "sealed", oversized and protected.

If it seems damaged, you have the right to refuse it from your delivery person/postman and the package will be automatically returned to us.
