2. Orders

You can order our products here via our WebShop. Your orders will be 100% confirmed once you have received your order confirmation by email from Northern Spirit.

3. Price

All our prices are indicated in EUR. These prices can change at any time depending on the exchange costs. 

The prices indicated on our site are those for the final consumer; they include VAT but exclude shipping costs.

4. Methods of Payment

The accepted payment methods are : Paypal and Bank transfer.

We will process and deliver your order after payment has been made. The items ordered will remain our property until full payment has been received, but the risk and liability to third parties relating to the items will pass to you only upon delivery of the items.

By submitting your order, you authorize us to carry out credit checks as well as to perform other checks to validate your payment and ensure that it is correctly carried out, in order to prevent fraudulent transactions and to verify the accuracy of the delivery information.

5. Delivery

We will make every effort to deliver the goods to you at the address provided when ordering, as long as we ensure delivery to your country of destination. (France, all of Europe, all DOM TOM, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Monaco)

Once the order has been placed, you will receive an email confirming your order. As soon as your order is ready to ship, you will receive an email confirming the shipment.

6. Shipping

Packages are generally shipped within 48 hours after receipt of your payment.

The standard shipping method is sent by letter with tracking or Colissimo tracking depending on the dimensions of the package.

On your customer account, by going to the order concerned, you will find the tracking number and the link to track the shipment of packages.

7. Returns

 Are you not satisfied with your products? They don't suit you? You can change your mind !

  • As a professional customer, you have 1 month to return the goods to us.

Northern Spirit undertakes to satisfy you and collect your items within 15 days from the delivery date attested by the interfaces of the carriers/deliverers.

Possible compensations:

Option 1: return for voucher
We do not refund money but only in the form of a voucher (reusable on our site within 6 months)
We will refund the shipping costs in this case if the customer has paid for them.

Option 2: return for exchange

How to return a product?

1. Print the invoice.

2. Circle the product (s) you wish to return.
